1. Introduction

Lubrashi.com is an online marketplace owned and operated by Noworries Industries LLP, a company registered under the LLP Act, 2008, with its registered office at A4 Rohit, Ideal Colony, Kothrud, Pune, India. and sales office at 302 Arc Maestro, Off Apte Road, Pune 411005. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and services. By registering, accessing, or using Lubrashi.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Definitions

Buyer: Any registered user seeking to purchase lubricants through the Platform.

Seller: Any registered user offering lubricants for sale through the Platform.

Deal: A listing of lubricant products including price, quantity, grade, and location.

Facilitation Service: The process by which Lubrashi.com connects buyers and sellers.

Payments: Payments / agreements etc. are directly made between the buyers and sellers Lubrashi.com or Noworries Industries LLP is not laible to any disputes arising out of the transactions. 

3. Nature of Services

Lubrashi.com is an online facilitator for lubricant trade.

All transactions are processed through Lubrashi.com; we collect payments from buyers and release funds to sellers after confirming delivery or fulfillment.

We are not the manufacturer, owner, or direct seller of the products listed unless explicitly stated in a specific deal.

4. User Registration & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts.

Registration requires accurate, current, and complete information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Listing & Pricing Rules

Sellers must provide truthful and accurate product details including brand, quantity, grade, location, price, and TDS/technical details.

Prices must be stated clearly in the listing; hidden charges are prohibited.

Lubrashi.com reserves the right to remove or edit listings without notice if they violate these Terms.

6. Payment & Settlement

Payments for deals are NOT routed through Lubrashi.com.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users must not post counterfeit, illegal, or hazardous lubricant products; misrepresent product quality or specifications; circumvent Lubrashi.com’s payment process; engage in fraud, spam, or abusive conduct.

8. Dispute Resolution

Buyer–Seller disputes will first be addressed by Lubrashi.com’s internal resolution team.

If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India).

Arbitration location: Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Language: English.

9. Limitation of Liability

Lubrashi.com facilitates deals but is not liable for product defects or non-compliance with specifications, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid to us for the transaction in dispute.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including branding, text, graphics, and software, is owned or licensed by Lubrashi.com.

Users may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any Platform content without prior written consent.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process user data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

By using the Platform, you consent to such processing.

12. Termination

Lubrashi.com may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms.

You may terminate your account by providing written notice; pending transactions must be completed first.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
